Dear Peter,
I needed to let you and everyone else know how wonderful your staff is at the Lake Arrowhead Resort. My son Peter had his rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception at the resort on the weekend of the 21st and 22nd of September. As you know the weather was not good for the first time in 20 years. Gina Richardson could not have been more accommodating. She was with the bride and groom and families every step of the way. At a moments notice she was willing to adapt to whatever situation was at hand. She stayed through the reception and helped in every way possible. Your security was also outrageous. We had multiple situations to deal with and they did it with dignity and professionalism. Terry helped work out all of our problems. He arranged and even drove some of our guests to and from other locations, he arranged to have one of the groomsmen taken to the men’s shop when his tuxedo was a problem and he even helped arrange to protect our friends the celebrities. Everything was handled in the most professional way possible. All of your staff at the resort was wonderful and I would recomm3end the resort to everyone. Thank you for making my son’s wedding so wonderful.
