Haminant means “welcome” in the native language of the Serrano Indians. I would like to personally welcome you to this month’s blog, and hope that you stop by the spa and take advantage of our many offerings.

As the weather turns cooler, I think we all begin to think about the fast approaching Holiday season and New Year. It’s a great time to consider personal renewal so that each of us can be at our best; both internally and externally.
