We did a one-day get away from Orange County and celebrated our 23rd anniversary at your resort. I can´t say enough,I will recommend it to everyone. There were flowers in our room when we arrived,rose petals on our table at Bin189 and a staff that did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is gorgeous with a beautiful setting and a warm inviting lobby. The guest room had all the comforts of home and I recommend a lakeview to everyone, it´s perfect. We´ll be back to enjoy the swimming pool and other accomodations at another time, I´ll highly recommend you to everyone.

On the weekend of September 21st and 22nd my son had his rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception at the resort. It could only have been better if the sun was shining and I am not so sure it would have made any difference at all. The staff at the resort could not have been more accommodating. They were willing at a moments notice to adjust to whatever the bride and groom wanted to do. Gina(catering) to Terry (security) were absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. All of the staff was excellent, willing to help and the food was superb.

"Thank you so much for the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Apples delivered to the rooms last night. It was a great treat and a very nice touch to an already amazing experience here at the resort. I have received so many compliments from our group that this has been the best meeting that we have had!

Your hotel´s decor in the lobby and rooms far surpass the Montage and Surf and Sand in Laguna Beach. Wonderful views of the lake.

Staying with you was the best decission, the staff was friendly, the suite was just as perfect as I imagined, the service great... everything about the hotel is awesome, thank you very much for making my anniversary celebration the best ever!!! Thanks!!! Definitely coming back!
