Guests traveling with pets will find Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa a welcome haven for their pets. From the moment they walk into the resort, they’ll be treated to a special menu, just for pets, and an array of exclusive amenities designed solely for our four-legged friends.

Highlights of our comprehensive pet program:

• Your pet is also our guest.  Please register your pet at the Front Desk upon arrival and display a pet door sign on your guestroom doorknob at all times.  

• Acceptable pets include cats and dogs weighing no more than 25 pounds and at least one year old.   

• Service animals are welcome at any time.  Weight limits and pet fee do not apply.

• Your pet should be fully trained.
  

• Your pets must be leashed at all times outside your guest room.

• Proper clean-up and disposal of pet waste is your responsibility.  You should have suitable materials to promptly clean up after your pet.  

• Pets are not permitted in anywhere food and beverages are served, at the outdoor pool or at Spa of the Pines.   

• Pets should not be left alone in your guestroom for any length of time.   

• Should your pet become the unlikely subject of another guest’s complaint, you likely will be asked to have a sitter with your pet at all times or board it elsewhere.   

• Credits and rebates given to other guests because of your pet’s disturbance or poor behavior will be charged to your account.   

• You will be charged a $20 per pet, room rate for each night of your stay. 

• Included are pet concierge services, loaner pet supplies, a pet room service menu and special deep cleaning of your room upon departure.
