Dear Applicant,
Thank you for expressing an interest in joining our team at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa. The inquiry and application process are the first steps in obtaining a position. Please be sure to review our list of open positions at the Front Desk of the Resort or at www.LAResort.com on our Career Opportunities page.
1) It is very important that you clearly identify the position(s) you are interested in when you fill out our application. Please do not leave the “Position Applying For” section blank or use nonspecific terms such as “open” or “anything”. Please do not leave any questions blank unless they do not apply to you, and do not write “see resume”.
2) After completing your application, please return it to the Resort’s Front Desk. We recognize that you may want to meet with someone in the hiring department or Human Resources (HR) and give them the application in person, however we ask that you submit all of your information to our Front Desk Team. They in turn will ensure it routed correctly.
3) Once your application has been received, it is scanned and logged by HR. It is then made available to the Manager(s) in the department(s) you designated on your application, as well as all other hiring Managers at the Resort.
If your application is selected by a Manager, that Manager will call you directly to set up an appointment for an interview. Please do not call the Managers or Human Resource office to inquire if they might be interested in scheduling an interview.
Due to the large number of applications we receive and the limited number of positions we may have open, we have developed our application process to give applicants the highest visibility and opportunity for an interview throughout the Resort. Unfortunately, for this reason we are also unable to contact or conduct interviews with every applicant, and would like to thank you in advance for expressing an interest in our company. Applications are maintained in an our tracking system for 90 days. After 90 days, you will need to submit a new application if you would like to be considered for employment.
4) Should you become aware of an opening at the Resort for a position which you have not previously expressed an interest in, please feel free to contact our Human Resources Department at 909-744-3032 so that we may update your position preference(s).
5) Finally, when submitting a resume, please attach a completed application as well. A resume will not take the place of information left off an application.
